In-house legal expert with the Firm since 2019, Gaspar’s main practice is international arbitration and sovereign/diplomatic immunities.
He has considerable experience in investment arbitration and enforcement of arbitration awards, including the attachment of States’ assets.
Gaspar intervenes in international arbitration disputes governed by the rules of various institutions (including ICSID, ICC, UNCITRAL rules), enforcement of arbitral awards, set aside applications and appeal of exequatur.
Gaspar achieved a Master in International Law and Management from ESCP Business School (Paris and London), a Master 2 in International Economic Law and a Master 1 in International Private & Public Law from Université Paris 2, Panthéon-Assas. Gaspar also completed the course on international public law at the Institut des Hautes Études Internationales (IHEI) in Paris and that of the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL) in London.
